Location was very handy close to city center, supermarkets and motorway to get to the mount and Papamoa too!
The kitchen cooking area was a little small! Might be helpful with a few extra shelves for putting groceries and bits and bobs .

perfect location to our friends house and our unit was quiet considering the closeness to Cameron Road
The place was just looking a bit tired but it was an older unit with big rooms and living area

We really enjoyed our stay at the Academy Motor Inn last night. Unfortunately we didn't get time to really enjoy the motel and facilities much as we arrived quite late, it was nearly 9pm, the had to leave again at 8am this morning for the dance competition across the road, but we were impressed with our suite. :) It was very clean and well presented. We loved the two separate bedrooms (my husband and daughter slept in the queen bed and I slept in one of the single beds). I loved that there were heat pumps in each bedroom and a heater kindly going in the lounge for us when we arrived. I also enjoyed watching YouTube on the TV in my bedroom. :) Excellent having a carpark for our vehicle right outside our room too! The receptionist I spoke to on the phone earlier yesterday was lovely and helpful. :)
My daughter was worried about having a shower as it was yellowish in colour (the older style colour material!) which put her off but we got there! :)
