Location is good for walking to my work. Have stayed often over recent years because of the location
Bathroom is in need of a refurbishment. Shower over bath and the plastic shower curtain a dated find! Shabby and felt a bit grubby - old rubbish bin had stained the bathroom wall etc Room looked directly into a building wall. I have had much better rooms on previous visits so was a bit shocked

The rooms suited our needs perfectly and were a short distance from our venue and central to everything we required.
I'm a stickler for time and I would have liked to see a clock in our room instead of remembering where I put my phone to see the time of day.
I also would have liked a serrated knife to cut homemade bread.

room smells like dog has been in the room.
carpet needs cleaning. socks get dirty.
no sports , movies in the TV.
TV so hard to operate and TV lags
walls have marks, shower so slow to pour water out.
