It felt like it was in a safe location.
Compared to other places in Guatemala, I felt this was a rip off. Breakfast and shuttle were very expensive.

The location is perfect since it is close to the airport and the staff is very friendly
I was quite surprised to find that, in 2025, the hotel still uses older televisions without smart TV capabilities. It can be a bit disheartening, especially for guests looking for a more modern experience. Additionally, I believe that including breakfast would be a nice gesture for those spending the night. I've had positive experiences at other hotels, like Marriott, where breakfast is included at a similar price point. I hope this feedback helps improve the overall experience for future guests.
