Check-in waiting time (had to wait after a large company’s event group over 20 people). I had already checked in earlier and just needed to pick up my key. Yet, I was told to wait.

Location was very good. Near Oakland Place and other shops and plazas.
I felt the bed was firm for my preference. I could not lower the temperature in the thermostat. One of the 2 jacuzzis had most of the jets inoperable.

The location is very good and the rooms are spacious enough and clean, no carpets in the room which was very nice.
The room was very cold and the temperature could not be adjusted at all. Even through the night with a blanket I was still freezing in there.
The breakfast, which is advertised as exceptional, was very average at best, the staff in the breakfast room was very unattentive, even getting a coffee with the breakfast was difficult.
