Komfortables Hotel in bester Lage

Perfekte Lage, mit dem Uber schnell am Flughafen. In der Zone, in der das Hotel liegt, kann man auch problemlos zu Fuß laufen. Große, gemütliche Betten, ruhiges Hotel :)

Superb

The location is good, near restaurantes and night life but also quite and cozy

The breakfast buffet quality can be improved. Is not necessary to have a lot of options but the food needs more taste.

Good location in Guatemala City

Location is excellent, close to the airport and close to a lot of bars and restaurants. Hotel is modern and clean, the staff friendly.

Check in took forever with just a few people in line. Shower was cold.

The rooms need an overhaul, maybe new carpet and paint. Otherwise a decent place to stay.

Great location, good value and nice breakfast for a reasonable add-on.

The first room we were given had a musty smell. The second room was much better but still not a fresh experience.

Thank you to the staff at Hotel Biltmore for providing such an excellent experience!

This was our second time staying at Hotel Biltmore and our second time loving it. The staff are very friendly and helpful. I asked for extra towels and they were brought up immediately. The gentleman that helped bring our bags to the room was SO very professional and polite. I asked the front desk staff if I could email them my bus tickets to be printed and they very kindly obliged. Breakfast is phenomenal at The Biltmore. The waitstaff is incredibly attentive, always checking to make sure that the food is fresh and in good supply. They offer to take your plates when you're done, and one gentleman offered to make my coffee for me. All of the staff performed their duties with pride and professionalism.

Breakfast, lunch and dinner were amazing. Hotel location was also very near with central point. Room was also comfortable and clean.

Comfortable hotel for a reasonable price

It was very comfortable and the location is good. The breakfast was great. Overall, it was good value for money.

The shower was sometimes cold. I had the same issue in two different rooms.

This is a good place for the price. The emplyees are especially nice.

Shouuld have a Coffee pot in room and more furniture (chairs, luggage stand (only 1)

Staff at the restaurant Victor and Jefferson were excellent !!! The guys at the parking lot and the entrance were very nice

I went with my wife and baby girl, the first room given to me had a broken lock in the window.

Location, next to Camino Real, fairly modern.

Not well maintained room, not very quiet, poor customer service from the reception desk.
