Good option in Ponsonby. Handy location. Well equipped. Good bed.
Room stuffy at 26 degs on arrival. Had to open windows but then the neighbours dope smoke came in! $30 parking a bit steep CBD prices.

Was close to where we needed to be. Close to restaurants not too far from the airport
The after hours service with calling to have the door open for reception. It took along time to speak to someone then it cut off. Then we had to wait ages then a person unlocked the door and it did not open. We had to call again and again and wait. Then it opened then the 0 we were told in instructions to call for giving car registration did not work. We had to call the 0000 again the whole process was too long from 7.30 - 8.00pm and we had a dinner reservation at 8pm

Great location, apartment is comfortable and has everything you need.
The room stunk of cigarette smoke and incense. Ruined the stay unfortunately. Made sleeping and relaxing in the room awful.
Luckily there was a huge window in the room that helped mostly with the smell. Only downside that it was winter so it made the room cold.
