The location was perfect, close to all the major suggested things to do in Madrid and close to transportation to any other area, including the airport. The staff was extremely nice and helpful, although not fluent in English. The room was small but very clean and was cleaned daily. The wifi was sufficient.

Great location, cafes, restaurants & shops on your doorstep. Room was small but absolutely perfect. Very clean. Maid service every day with fresh towels.
