Budget accommodation a stone’s throw from Plaza Major. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The rooms are basic but perfectly acceptable, clean and comfortable. I was in Madrid to experience the city so I was not spending much time in the room. For those who do like to enjoy lolling about in their room and using the facilities to the full this may not be the place for you; if you just need somewhere clean, safe and comfortable to sleep and shower it’s ideal.

Staff were excellent, very helpful and genuine. Location was excellent, couldn't ask for more central or close to the rail and metro. Place felt safe and clean.
Bathroom was very small and bed/matress/pillow did not suit me.

Location, price and room was cleaned every day
The entire hotel, including the room, was freezing. The heating units were lukewarm and tiny for a room of that size. The temperature was almost freezing, like being on the street. We were shivering every night.
