The location is lovely overlooking the sea and Bass Rock. The food and service was excellent. The decor is very tired.
Decor in bedrooms needs updating.

Some dated areas in the hotel especially upstairs and the bathroom. Apart from that it was great

The hotel’s location is fantastic, overlooking the entrance to the Firth of Forth and our room had a sea view which was next level. We had dinner in the hotel restaurant and the food was outstanding. Breakfast was brilliant too. All of the staff were so accommodating and friendly.
