We stayed at the hotel for one night while visiting Berlin for the Berlin Marathon. We had a few special requests, which the hotel kindly confirmed in advance and took care of perfectly. We really appreciate their flexibility and help.
The room was clean, the beds were very comfortable, and the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. Thank you for making our short stay so pleasant. We would be happy to stay here again!

Location is quite central, room is clean and big.
We were asked for city tax, 3 euros per person, this was not mentioned in our booking details. The room I booked was for 3 people and for the 3rd person the sofa bed was very very uncomfortable.

The hotel was in a great location, lovely friendly staff, very comfortable bed. Everything was berry clean
The curtains didn't block the light from the window enough so it was very bright in the morning so woke up very early

staff is great and very friendly, room was big, location is great and walking distance from a lot of shops and great spots, my highlight was the water pressure in the shower which was great!
Wifi was basically non existence and i was working so it was very challenging.
Room was facing the main street on the 1st floor so was a bit loud.
