Almost everything
I don’t like the fact that you allow people that didn’t book a room to keep the SPA busy. Way too busy

Very nice and clean.
We were 2 times, in summer and in winter. I trulely recommend to come here in winter.
During the summer, the lack of a powerfull AC was painful during the night. Their AC is more like a fan, not really cooling. During winters it's all good.

Horrible interaction with the stuff, you simply cannot reach them when you need them
We had a false fire alarm for 15 min at 7am, no one was available at the front desk
Phones in the room didn’t work
Calling the property would keep you on hold for up to 20 minutes then hang out
“Mountain view” is actually “forest view”, or more precisely “parking lot view” - booking description is misleading
We could barely take a shower, water fluctuated between very hot and very cold every 5 seconds
AC didn’t work, it was just ventilating air in the room, some rooms were about 30C, at end of June
Keeping windows opened was also not an option since some workers were making a lot of noise
