The Price , and The easy check in and check out
The place is old, so you will not be 100% satisfied with the clean of the rooms or the rest rooms. Simply you got what you pay for. At least you still able to have private sleeping room at this price fare near the OSAKA center.

There is a sauna and public bath available for free.
Its private at the same cost as a typical hostel in japan. The location is great, near many great local restaurants and bars and convenience stores. I like that you can freely take towels slippers and bathrobes as they can easily become dirty.
The room had black mold throughout and was very very very small. The window opens to another window so cannot get fresh air. The toilets were small and cramped and frequently had pee on them or the floor and generally i didnt want to touch them. The sauna and bath was so hot it burned my skin so i couldnt use. The staff were nice but not friendly. To get water you had to go all the way to the bottom lobby and as well the shower which was very inconvenient and caused long waits for the elevator which also had a mind of its own. Internet was ok but not great. Its as if privacy came at the cost of quality.
