Incredible hotel, it has everything you could need. The beds were large & the room didn't feel cramped. The facilities including the ice & vending machines, rental umbrellas etc were very handy.

Almost everything is PERFECT! From the location to the room, the amenities to the Onsen, this is our new favourite in Kyoto. Only advise is book early as the rooms are in great demand.

The location
The room was even smaller than an APA Hotel room in Tokyo, and the bed was smaller as well. The lobby was constantly packed with people—there wasn't even enough space to check in, let alone find a seat while waiting. It was terribly overcrowded; there was no room to board the elevators, forcing me to wait in long lines—even while I was with my baby. The hotel lacks stroller or wheelchair access, and the area for luggage handling was also limited. Furthermore, the onsen was completely packed with people. Considering the price of the room—which was not cheap—what we received in return was terrible.
