beautiful hotel, staff were very nice
the spa was an additional cost and children were not allowed, which was not mentioned. the beach club was closed though advertised to be open, the staff in the spa were not friendly, and the hotel is 20-25mins walk from the beach

Beautiful property with excellent facilities

The facilities were nice, a lot of options to do different sports.
Unfortunately the experience was ruined by a very poor bed, that was very wobbly. I was moving even when other people we closing their bedroom doors.
So we were awake until 4am unable to fall asleep and had to turn off the alarm for the next morning (so we couldn't enjoy the breakfast that was included).
After all, you go an hotel mainly to sleep. For a 5 star hotel, this shouldn't happen.
