This place is beautiful and has loads of character, over 400yrs old and the room we stayed in was just gorgeous with exposed beams and a lovely ensuite.
We ate in the restaurant the night before and the pork & scallop dish is just delicious!
The traditional breakfast is lovely too.
All the pillows on the bed in room 9 lacked firmness, so I struggled to get comfortable. The room lacked a dairy alternative for the tea & coffee set, though I’m sure there would’ve been some options if I had requested at reception (staff were really very helpful, particularly Adele who is lovely).
Despite breakfast being fully included in the rate a cappuccino was an additional charge, which was a bit of a shame.

Lovely traditional Inn. EXCELLENT service from professional, friendly staff. Good quality food. Well presented, clean bedroom and en-suite. Great location for Birmingham centre and NEC.
