James and Hansel were fantastic hosts, very welcoming and helpful, the property itself is in a great location and has a charming character, rooms were clean and tidy and very spacious. Communication was excellent, I would stay again and recommend

Visited as we were attending an exhibition at the NEC. Only 10 mins drive to the venue. Excellent accommodation. Absolutely spotless. Lovely room and a great breakfast. Would definitely stay again.

i wanted to give a true 5 star review. my room was spacious and immaculate. great attention to the furnishings and fixtures / fittings. the owners were really helpful and even though the place is digitally controlled it’s simple for getting access to your room.
even the addition of nice features like an honesty fridge of snacks and drinks.
i would stay here definitely . was very handy for the nec . i didn’t have breakfast as on a diet but i imagine it would be very good.
i had a slow running cold water tap . i mentioned it and within mins its sorted.
the owners were very helpful and friendly. i would recommend it for anyone needing to find accommodation which doesn’t feel corporate and standard . this is far from it and i will come back again !
