Size of room was excellent. Helpful staff. Parking perfect 👌
Breakfast was too late, I was leaving after 8 for the NEC/Impulse so couldn't have breakfast. Maybe start 7.30 on a Saturday?

Breakfast and bar food was great. Rooms were clean and staff were friendly and helpful.
The room in the main building was unbearably hot. I understand nothing can be done about the weather and a fan was provided but on arrival all windows were closed and the room stuffy.

All the staff were very happy, helpful and welcoming.
The noise throughout the night from a fan or refrigeration unit on the side of the building under our window. Constant noise, 2 nights terrible sleep.
The metal frame bed squeaked every time you moved...
The food was very poor. I wish I had taken photos of the curdled hollandaise sauce, wilted rocket, hard cooked eggs, skin on maccoroni.......
