Great facilities, the pool and gym were the best bits of this hotel, the restaurant has not been used much but the atmosphere was great.
I'd say the size of the room in general can be a bit small if you are a convention goer (like Comic Con) or if you just have loads of luggage. For some reason our room's toilet door has see through glass as well which isn't really good for privacy.

Comfortable, helpful staff, clean, very good location at a very good price. Facilities good too.

The hotel is lovely and very handy for the NEC. The price is very reasonable .Requested a simple breakfast of toast, scrambled eggs and tea via room service and it arrived quickly. The eggs were lovely!
Nothing.

It’s close to the airport ( even a walking distance) and you can leave the car there rather than the airport. It has a swimming pool but didn’t have a chance to use it. Also £50 deposit can be used in the restaurant. Smooth check in/out process
It’s clearly quite outdated, and the beds would require an update. One night was alright but longer stay wouldn’t be the best experience
