The proximity to the airport was excellent, the hotel is clean and quiet, the rooms are a reasonable size and were comfortable
The staff on reception were far too busy and so they lacked a connection with their customer, no one smiled.
There was no cot in our room, we called reception but no one answered the phone and so my husband had to go to reception, once he was there, he was told that there was a cot and perhaps we hadnt seen it (bit hard not to see a cot in a room), they asked a cleaner to bring one to the room, she was un-friendly and un-polite.

Close to departures. Very clean and the bed was excellent. Considering how busy the hotel is it was exceptionally quiet so we got a good night’s sleep. The restaurant is expensive the food was good and the staff very attentive.

the refund
top floor was being renovated and we arrived at 2:00am and where woken at 8:00am by building site noise.Then had a 3hour plus drive home being very tired not a relaxed ending to our holiday.
