I booked the hotel as I needed to be at the airport about 3:00 am, and this was easy.

Easy access to Birmingham airport. Welcome from staff.

Some biscuits in the room would have been nice, to have with the tea/coffee facilities.

Buena estancia con algunos detalles fáciles de mejorar.

debido a la situación cerca del aeropuerto, pero a su vez también de NEC y del WORLD RESORTS, la estancia se ha hecho muy cómoda. Todas las instalaciones y muchas actividades a mano. Buen y estable wifi. Desayuno completo y variable. cama muy cómoda.

durante la estancia de 6 días, han habido días de lluvia, pero el hotel no tenía paraguas para dejar a los huéspedes. Un detalle que podrían tener en cuenta aun bajo una fianza. Uno de los tres ascensores ha estado sin funcionar durante toda la semana.

Every time I stay at the Hilton it never fails to make me welcome what more can I say

The staff were polite friendly and had a smile on their faces this means a lot has I am getting over a mental breakdown. But from reception to the bar staff and restaurant. I felt very welcome

Great room, friendly and helpful staff!

Spacious room, nice sized bathroom. Lovely and quiet in the evening. Really friendly and helpful staff.

Shower was difficult to get in/out of (I have mobility issues and this was a bit awkward for me)

Perfect place to leave from

It was just across the rd from departures from the airport. You couldn’t hear any noise from planes or traffic going past.

Easy, convenient, clean and friendly.

The location is great, 2 mins walk to departures at BHX. Given we had check-in at 4am it was very conveniently located for us to stay and whilst still an early start, an additional hour in bed!

The beds were very firm. I'm used to a Tempur mattress and found the bed fairly uncomfortable. Pillows were great though!

A very good hotel to rest in from a long day at comic con.

Air con in the room. The noise cancellation was excellent, we couldn't hear the airport at all while in the room. Also the blackout curtains were a nice surprise to keep out the lights from the airport hitting us too early in the morning. My friend who was staying in the room with me also really liked the shower, fridge in the room and the amount of space for hanging up their clothes.

Location can’t be beaten and great staff

Reception unable to issue key cards due to a system fault which was inconvenience for both guests and staff. A group of guests were gathered together and taken to our rooms on check in. We also had to have reception staff to take us up to our room after dinner. We thought this was why everyone was put on the fourth floor and we were given an accessible room. We didn’t mention it as staff had enough to deal with and were extremely apologetic and professional.

It is walking distance with luggage to the airport. Beds are comfortable, windows soundproof, showers excellent!

Good stay, good views, but not quite Hilton standard

Room chosen had great views of runway, which was adored by my child with Autism. Room was quiet considering close proximity. Beds comfortable.

A couple of plug sockets were temperamental, USB sockets besides bed also weren’t always working. The lights were odd, couldn’t just have bedside lights on without main lights. My daughter with autism requires a light on for sleep but figured something out eventually. Bathroom door was very stiff, daughter got stuck in there.

Uncomfortable and well below expectations, yet a very good breakfast.

The Bed was like sleeping on a granit slab. My back and hip hurt. My partner couldn't sleep either. Stains on the comforter Found a dead bug in the bed (looked like a bedbug) No clear sinage of where to drop off Lady at the desk verbally out loud said our room number, which from my understanding is illegal in England.

A little disappointing.

Location to the airport and Resorts World Arena Great views of the airport

Housekeeping was very slow! We arrived early and although we didn’t expect our room to be ready the receptionist informed housekeeping we had arrived. There was no effort made to get the room ready - and they even went over the check in time ! Breakfast not great - couldn’t chew the bacon.

A great pre-travel stay

Proximity to the airport. Room well equipped and it excellent condition. Very clean and tidy. Toiletries and towels very good. Staff efficient and friendly.

The bed was a bit low. the parking charges at car park 1 was too expensive. Even with 50% discount, It cost me over £130.

Ausgezeichnetes Hotel, wir kommen bestimmt wieder.

Das Zimmer war sehr groß, gegenüber dem Flughafen, jedoch so gut schallgedämpft daß man fast nichts gehört hat. Sehr gutes vielfältiges Frühstücksbuffet, Abendessen im Lokal war ebenfalls sehr gut. Das Personal sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich. Kann ich nur empfehlen. Wir kommen gerne wieder zum Besuch der NEC Messe ist dieses Hotel ideal.

Leider sind im Hotel keine Hunde erlaubt (wir waren zur Besuch auf der CRUFTS). Für uns war das in Ordnung.

Stayed for Crufts trip lovely hotel and the staff were very professional would definitely stay again and recommend.

Hotel is good provided it doesn’t rain.

Proximity to airport.

When it rains, sleep is disturbed. The outside window ledges are metal. When a raindrop hits it sounds like a drumbeat. I am a heavy sleeper and was woken. A poor nights sleep. Will not choose again.

Poor stay below normal standards.

Shower hose was twisted shower was going onto the wall but not me so poor shower the beds were harder than the last time we stayed mattress topper none exsited to hard air con unit did not cool down the room enough and bright green light glowing over the bed near the air con controller had to stick a plaster over it to get some sleep whole stay well below standard .

Plus the remote control for tv had no back on to hold the batteries in so they kept falling out .

High quality sound proofed rooms which gave us a calm place to chill out after a busy day at Crufts.

The room was lovely and the bathroom outstanding. The sound proofing was amazing and the room was so quiet considering that we were at the airport. The breakfast was tasty and a great variety.

Only that I found the beds very hard. More selection of teas/coffee and milk could be provided as although I'm sure we could have asked for more at reception some people are shy and would rather not.
