The location was convenient to restaurants, trolley, and train station. Our room was immaculate and styled with a personal touch by Francesca, the owner. She was a joy to be with and very, very helpful no matter what our need was.
Our only complaint was how small the elevator was. But, we understand it is typical in Italian architecture. We adjusted quickly and was able to use it regularly.

Opera B&B exceeded all our expectations and was a lovely place to stay in Florence. Our room was spotlessly clean, looked even better than the photos and the location was an easy walk to the centre of Florence/anywhere we wanted to go. Francesca and Paolo are amazing hosts and went out of their way to make our time as enjoyable and special as they could doing everything and more for us, they helped with requests for my partners birthday before our arrival and recommendations for restaurants which were all amazing. If I was visiting Florence again I would be staying here!

Location I chose because of train station. Thought walkable but not really the case
