Great location to the buses and train station. Jessica was incredible so helpful and friendly as were Rocco and another young man at the desk. Very clean and a very nice breakfast bar every morning. The cost was fair and reasonable.
There was nothing we did not like.

The staff are amazing, friendly, helpful and very accommodating. It’s the perfect place to stay in Florence, it is close enough to the city center while being just out of the crazy bustle of tourists. Everything is simple, the staff keeps it comfortable, clean and welcoming. I will definitely be back! The stairs are not an issue, there are more steps to climb around Florence than there are to get up to the hotel!

Lovely elegant feel and beautiful bathroom. Walkable location with great facilities nearby. Outstanding customer service from Mahsin who was helpful and responsive to an unforeseen incident.
The noise from the air con unit on the balcony of room 4 was a little loud when it kicked in for all the rooms surrounding.
