Stylish boutique hotel. Amazing service. Staff were fantastic. Provided us with a complete list of must see locations on city map. Excellent location.
You can hear the road outside. Saturday night was particularly loud from the fall out of a bar. Windows could do with some soundproofing.

The room was clean, well-decorated, but unfortunately quite dark. The location was excellent, being close to the Duomo and just a 10-minute ride to/from the train station. The staff truly stood out; they were incredibly kind and accommodating, and the check-in process was delightful
The bathtub was very deep and slippery, so including a non-slip bath mat in each room would be beneficial. Additionally, we visited on a free museum day, which resulted in a long line for The David that wrapped around the block. The heavy foot traffic disrupted our ability to have a peaceful breakfast that morning.

The staff members are truly fantastic; they truly elevate this small hotel to a higher level.
À la carte breakfast is good, and nice to be able to sit outside.
There’s no gym & my room (203) was relatively dark.

Location was great; staff at reception and restaurant were very kind and friendly
Poor value for money — quite expensive for what it is. The bed and pillows weren’t comfortable, water leaked out during showers, and the sink was too small. The selection of shampoo and body wash was limited and not enough.
