A perfect location from the Duomo only 50yds away!
It was a beautiful room with all the first class facilities we needed. And very high standard of facilities and decor so felt like home from home with the comfort! Will defo stay here again when we visit Florence

Very close to the Duomo. Balcony. View. Locks on doors. Mini fridge in the room.
First night, we had no hot water & the electricity went out. Contacted the host and she didn’t respond for two hours. Had to contact booking.com & then she finally responded that a person was coming to fix it. Once that was fixed we were able to have a wonderful stay. The water stayed hot & no more electrical outages.
