i guss the hotel is excellant the restaurant, persons but the location a lit bit far from beach the equipements are good
emplacement alit little bit far from center and the evaliator there alot of perons waiting a longtime especial in the pic

Absolute surprise, superb value so expected basic.
Exceptionally clean, even had toiletries, all staff were friendly and helpful, more than adequate for short stay in Benidorm 👌

Very comfortable place to stay. Room was a decent size and I was pleasantly surprised to have a mini fridge to chill drinks and snacks. Air-con was good too, so along with using the shutters the room never got too hot.
As everyone says, it is dated. Compared to other places it’s a few decades behind. The lifts can be a pain to wait for and there is usually a fair few people waiting for them. The Wi-Fi isn’t great, fine for your basic messaging but with the amount of people using it, watching videos is almost pointless as speeds drop. It’s very popular with the Spanish holiday goers, so those with limited Spanish might feel more comfortable in a different setting.

Cheap and cheerful and clean
The fact I booked the hotel 4 months in advance
And when we arrived were told the pool was being refurbished so out of use ?
I understand work has to be done at times but I would not have booked if there was no pool open & booking. Com are still advertising the hotel with a pool ! Not happy we should have being informed!
