チェックインが遅い時間になりましたが、快く歓迎して下さいました。
また、アメニティ類も充実していてコスパ良しです。
チェックアウトの際に手造りのお味噌の入った小瓶を頂きました、勧められたように野菜に付け食したら凄く美味しかったです。
お風呂は新しく綺麗ですが男性1つ、女性1つなので夕方或いは夕食後は待つ事になりそうです。

スタッフの笑顔が素敵でした。気を使わず楽しいお話が出来ました。
部屋の小さな窓に網戸が無かったため「虫が入ってくるのでは、、」と思い、開けることが出来ず廊下より部屋の中の方が暑かったです。

Highly recommend especially because of the amazing staff! So nice to shuttle us back and forth from Pension Niimi to Karuizawa station, because public transport would take much longer.
Room had everything we needed, cute wooden interior throughout that was warm and homey. Toilets and bathroom were well maintained.
Their gardens were also extremely pretty, and the surroundings were peaceful.
Got the breakfast for one day, I liked the warm bread especially
