Very clean and comfy. Staff were really friendly and helped a lot during our stay.
Although the location seem close to the station, there were very limited buses.

Staff went out of their way to make us comfortable, even bringing us a coffee when we waited for our taxi affter checkout because we missed breakfast!
Incredibly clean and right next to local bus-stop that is a quick ride into town (or a nice walk).
Food was so so yummy, and good sized servings. We had breakfast most mornings, whoch was a perfect start to pur jam-packed days, and we had dinner 1 evening, which was delicious (especially the lasagne!)
The room was so comfortable, and nicely setout, spacious and of gppd temperature!

Affordable and reliable accommodation in Karuizawa. The room was clean, spacious, and cosy. The staff were friendly and helpful. Located right on the main road with a bus stop directly outside, it was very convenient — and great even for guests without pets!
The hotel is located south of central Karuizawa and slightly off the grid — bus or taxi are the quickest way to get there, but buses don’t come frequently. The nearest convenience store (Lawson) is about a 20-min walk away. Even though it’s on the main road, the streetlights are quite spread out, so walking at night can be very dark — something to be aware of. As it’s a pet-friendly hotel, some parts of the room had dog smell, so guests sensitive to animal odours should take extra care.
