Location. Cleaning staff. Verandah.
Online communication — unintuitive, inaccurate, frustrating. Apps are meant to make things fast and convenient — I rely on dozens of apps every day. But on your app I was given one address, but in fact was booked at another address on the same street. This could have been resolved painlessly by a human, but just added more stress to a very long travel day. But there were other problems with the online interface too. This is meant as constructive criticism — I hope you see it that way.

Only the location which is in a good area and close to the metro.
AC was absolutely dirty, not cleaned for a minimum of 1-2 years. Same for the bathroom vent, you could see the layers of dust and dirt on it.
No working batteries on the AC & TV remotes.
They charge you 20€ per day to clean your room in their app called "NUMA" WHICH IS UNBELIEVABLE.
There is dirt and dust everywhere, on the lights above the bed, there is mold in the bathroom.
Coffee stains on the walls and missing pieces or ripped pieces of the walls.
There was such a bad cleanup that we found a hair ball on the shower floor.
Overall cleaning service is very bad!
