Beautiful location. Amazing large room that was clean and romantic. Both the public and private onsen was amazing with beautiful views of the river and walking distance to the little onsen town. Was mostly other Japanese tourists with hardly any foreigners. The staff was able to communicate with Google Translate and had a memorized English script for checking in and for meal services
The WiFi basically didn’t work and cell phone reception was poor which made no WiFi difficult

The hotel located next to Shima River; where you can hear the nature sound. Staffs were very nice and helped us from check in to check out. Very clean facility.
Just the smell in the room when we got into our room. Once we open the windows and AC, the smell gone and we kind of adapted to it.
