El encargado de recepción, ayer por la noche cuando llegamos a las 23:00, el lector de tarjetas para entrar al hotel no funcionaba , le llamé al mvl y el 10’ vino a abrirnos y activarnos las tarjetas.
El tema del horario de limpieza de habitaciones, dijeron que hasta las 12:30, nosotros bajamos a desayunar a las 10:00 querían ya arreglarnos la habitación, dije que esperasen para ducharnos después del desayuno deje la tarjeta en el picaporte para que me hiciesen la habitación, cuando salimos 11:25 y cuando llegue por la noche la habitación estaba sin hacer.

La ubicación. Cercanía a lugares para visitar.
El aire acondicionado no funcionaba y me dijeron que pasaba en todas las habitaciones, no había ningún interés por arreglarlo.
La grifería del baño no funcionaba bien.
Cuando llegué me dijeron que el desayuno entraba en el precio que pagué y cuando acabé de desayunar me dijeron que lo tenía que pagar.
Vi el hostal muy desatendido por los empleados también.
