Air conditioning wasn’t cool enough

very clean and great location

THE PARKING!!!!!!!! we were blocked in and couldn’t move and we had a ferry to catch from Santander!!!! The y had to call the other car owners and it was lucky they were there to move their vehicles! if you own a very small car that’s fine otherwise park somewhere else 😡😡🥵🥵

reception staff were very friendly and helpful.room was comfortable and clean.There were little touches like the dog bed and dog bowls put on the room.

Modern, functional and yet sleek hotel at a very central location, walking distance to all the different parts of the city center. We’ve booked the suit twice now, very comfortable - home away from home.

Everything was perfect - cleanliness, noise levels, amenities, and especially the lovely staff assistance.

Well designed room with all the amenities we needed, stylish and clean.

Great place! The evening lady at the front desk was terrific! She was extremely kind and helpful with recommendations. Very nice lady.

Parking facilities expensive

Location, staff and hotel were brilliant and will be back next year. We came with our bike to compete at La Rioja bike race and the staff were so helpful and accommodating.
