Location was excellent and had on site car parking. Staff very helpful.
A kettle and tea and coffee making facilities would have been good. Air conditioning seemed to struggle in our room and warm temperatures made sleeping a challenge.

Location, staff and price. The hotel is getting old but the staff is great and very responsive and friendly. Very well located and parking is available in the streets.
The decoration and rooms must have been fancy 20 years ago but the carpet and rooms are old.
I was at a Silken in Leon and that's more like a **** hotel.
This hotel is getting run down. I was there 4 years ago and this time I saw a few maintenance issues besides the style looking old.
The AC was weak and it was cooler outside in July than in the room. I called reception and maintenance came immediately. However, they claimed it was working but barely. Since it was a central AC they told me another room will be similar but they offered to change. We bought a fan and slept with open windows. Thankfully it was not hot.
The show drain was so slow that we had to pause the shower for fear of flooding the bathroom. Reported too and never fixed.
The PMR room is so small that I could barely get my wheelchair next to the bed. Much less reach the window or turn around in some places. The bathroom was spacious however.
