Great place to stay right in the centre of old town, access information provided prior to arrival. Comfortable bed.
Grout on small tiled bathroom floor showing age. Breakfast in café disappointing waited for sometime out on terrace but no service, moved to inside café greeted poorly asked what breakfast voucher included but told just croissant/ toast juice and coffee, spainish couple were offered all breakfast menu for same voucher ……..seems because we spoke little Soainish we werent treated the same ?

Check in process was simple, Yolanda was very helpful and friendly. Hotel is great value, nice large comfortable rooms, great location, yummy breakfast. Would love to return in future.

Beautiful room thoughtfully decorated. Yolanda was very responsive on Whatsapp. One of the few places we had an actual king sized bed. Very clean.
Had trouble finding the outer door to the suite of rooms. Maybe clarify that phone call is needed every time to access outer door. Not just at check-in.

Bed very comfortable. Bathroom large.
Automated check in was dreadful and phone call to Madrid required every time we needed to get back into the premises. This was not fully explained on Booking.com as I would not have booked if I had realised. Also parking facilities were not good as the free parking mentioned was "closed" so underground parking only available @ €25
Also the "inner courtyard view" was terrible. Washing hanging on a line, used cigarette ends and bird droppings!
