The hotel is so convenient from the ferry port. It is only a 30-second walk.:). The man who worked at the reception was superhelpful and delightful.
The rooms need something 'homey'. Everything was clean but white and hospital-like.

The quality and price balance was great. The location was very good. Our room had a nice sea view. It was close to both the beaches and the downtown. The room was clean. The staff was friendly and helpful. The price was not very high.
It would be better if we had a queen bed instead of two side-by-side twin beds. It would be great if there was iron and ironing board in the room.

We came from the non-EU port which the hotel is next to so it was a brilliant location for us. Staff were very helpful, they let us check in early as our room was ready ahead of time which was really appreciated. Had a potential issue with AC (although this may have just been us getting settings wrong) but the staff were really helpful with this too and all fixed. The facilities in the apartment were good. Our rooms were a good size.
Shower often floods the bathroom.
