Stayed over for one night as travelling to other islands and this place was brilliant and will use a

Great staff, the best location, clean property, feel like home

It was in the heart of the island, with a great sea view and accessibility to ferry. It was also very clean and having friendly staffs. Paris was so helpful for us, and felt us like we are home. Definitely we’ll visit again not for Kos maybe, but for Paris and other staffs because it can not be found easily! Thanks for everything!!

Right spot right price.

Location was perfect,right in centre of town and harbour.the staff were excellent and helpful.the apartment was basic but that’s what I paid for,so perfect for what I wanted,an overnight stay before catching a ferry.

Centrally located, affordable, spacious apartment and a super host.

It was close to all that Kos Town has to offer. For us it was an excellent location as we were only staying for one night while island hopping, and it’s an easy twenty minute walk to the port. If you wanted to visit Bodrum you couldn’t get any nearer to the departure point. The room was spacious, very well equipped and spotless, with an excellent shower. Paris, the owner, is such a likeable person with excellent communication skills.

Very good

The location is really great, it is close to the center. The appartment was spacious, and had a small balcony. We stayed only for a couple of nights, and I would definitely recommend for a short visit. The hosts were very kind and welcoming. We arrived early, and we could check in without any problems. You can easily find a varity of good restaurants nearby.

As it is in the center it can be loud at night. If you close the balcony door, this will not be a disturbing. The cleaning could be improved, like kitchen tools, cutlery, wardrobes. Generally the appartment feels a bit worn but safe and comfy.

Perfect for short stays!

My room was 2B and it was very clean, spacious and with a great view of Kos Bodrum harbour and Bodrum itself on the horizon. Everything was smooth and location was perfect too, quick walk to center and literally in the same street with some of the good restaurants and bars, despite that no loud noise.

the location of the structure is practically between the center and the beach. Very close shops and the kindness of the staff left no doubt about the quality of the service! a special THANK YOU to Paris :)

Amazing location and 5 star service

The hotel is extremely well positioned and the staff went above and beyond to make sure we we were comfortable. The staff were always present to recommend restaurants and sites and treated us as though we were family. I thoroughly recommend Achilleas hotel and would like to thank them for their hospitality. Also the best view of the sea and Turkish coastline which was particularly romantic during the evening.

Big appartment in a great location close to the beach and city center

Great location, close to the beach and the city centre. Very helpful and friendly staff. The rooms were simple but clean.

The bathroom was pretty dated but everything was functional.

Perfectly located, oceanfront apartment.

Location. Amazing view to harbour, right in the center of town. Large room with balcony, refrigerator and cooking facilities, directly in front of the harbor where the ferries leave.

good location and flat, bad staff and wifi

very big flat, amazing location, comfy bed

wifi was weak or absent. something else I didn't like was the attitude of the staff - especially this young lady, often with a friend sitting outside the propriety, she must have been a relative. I caught her looking at me and laughing at my clothes with her friend. At the begin I though I was mistaken but I caught her more than once and she didn't care I realised I caught her. The fact I am not skinny it doesn't mean I have to cover myself. I hope someone would teach this girl some manners, especially if you work with tourists. That's the only reason I wouldn't go again as they made me feel uncomfortable.

Loved Achilleas Hotel Kos Town!

Location was great, beside the port, loved the Seaview from our room. They also put us a room away from my sister and her husband (different bookings) Room cleaned everyday, clean towels everyday, think the bedding was too. Staff were fab, the son organised our trip to Nisyros (sorry can't remember names) They organised a transfer to the airport for us when our transfer (booked through Elite) didn't turn up (tripped over their own lies when we phoned them) Achilleas used Eco (I think) transfers across from Achilleas Hotel, it says rentals on the signs, they were fantastic. Without Achilleas & Eco we would never have made our flight, thank so much!! When we return to Kos this is the place for us.

Can't think of anything I didn't like, not a thing!

Nice location & good service

The apartment is in the prime location, near to the old town, beach and to lot of very good restaurants. The staff was very friendly and maintained good hygiene in the rooms. All apartments were installed with AC to beat the summer heat. The sea view from the apartment was very good.

One point to say negative is about the kitchen equipments. There were very few and also in a bad condition. So, it’s better if they clean it properly or replace with better ones.

Located next to the city centre and only 5 minutes walkway to the beach. The owner and his son are very helpful :) We had many extra requests and they helped us a lot.
