All the staff in the hotel were amazing! From front of house to the bar staff. Everyone was more than happy to assist with anything and was very polite.
The toilet door.
How silly this sounds but it was very loud when opening and closing the door. Meaning when me or my partner needed the toilet in the middle of the night we would disturb each other when going to the bathroom due to how loud the door was when opening/closing the door.

room on floor 12...not being picky...easy checkin - the girl on the desk was a newbie- wd her....small space, lack of space....location the 11th floor..easy to where i have been, except the district and the circle were both closed on most days....easy walk to waterloo, though

The staff were very friendly, and the bed was comfortable.
Unfortunately, the room did not feel very clean when we arrived. The toilet, towels and desks all appeared to need further cleaning. We raised these issues at reception, and the staff were very friendly and helpful, but the cleaning team did not address them adequately. The room remained dusty, and even the air felt dusty. The towels often had permanent stains and tears. The iron provided was broken and leaked rusty water, although the staff replaced it very quickly.
