Clean and decent sized rooms; lift; AC worked well.
Furniture in front of window made it impossible to look out. Selection at breakfast was good but flavor was lacking.

Location was brilliant. Staff friendly. Room clean and comfortable. Breakfast was okay - great they had gluten free bread and cornflakes on request. We would stay again

The location was perfect. So close to the tube or within walking distance of many areas. The bed was really comfortable and the room was quiet and very clean. And the staff was very friendly and helpful. Excellent service.
Not the largest of rooms, but that's me being picky because we had two suitcases. And it would have been nice to have two chairs at our table since there were two of us. Neither of these was a real issue.It's a nice room.

The staff were very friendly, and the bed was comfortable.
Unfortunately, the room did not feel very clean when we arrived. The toilet, towels and desks all appeared to need further cleaning. We raised these issues at reception, and the staff were very friendly and helpful, but the cleaning team did not address them adequately. The room remained dusty, and even the air felt dusty. The towels often had permanent stains and tears. The iron provided was broken and leaked rusty water, although the staff replaced it very quickly.
