Location - just over the road from Waterloo and close to the Royal Festival Hall for events and graduations.
It was in an excellent location.

I really liked the location and the overall atmosphere of the hotel. The bar on the ground floor was a nice touch and added a lot of character to the place.
The reception being located inside the bar was not ideal. It was very noisy, which made it difficult to communicate with the staff and hear or understand the information clearly.
