The Zoo and the swimming pool. You need more than a full day to finish them both.
The place needs maintenance is some areas. The little shops in the zoo can be over priced.

i LOVE THE COMPLIMETARY ROOM UPGRADE, THE ZOO, THE BREAKFAST - EVERYTHING.
IT WAS A GREAT EXPERIENCE WITH MY FAMILY AND FRIENDS AND WE WILL DEFINETLY COME BACK.
THE SPA AND AMBIANCE WAS TRULY IMPRESSIVE.

1) Location of the resort, Pool access & view was very good
2) Resort inside zoo really my family likes a lot.
3) Very near we seen Tiger,lion & Cheetah which is mesmarizing.
4) Followup & quick reply by the staff - Very good manner & behaviour too. Fast check-in & check-out
5) Ambience of THE HIDE restaurent was good along with birdpark & adventure. But, bfast we felt very uncomfortable.
1) Pool access room was very bad smell - we felt very bad & uncomfortable with my 1yr kid & 9yrs old kid. they told next time should not choose this room. I also felt very bad.
2) Very unsatisfied breakfast offerred by the resort. Its not buffet, and they didnt communicate us before booking. Yeah they mentioned, breakfast shall be provided, usually resorts offer continental buffet breakfast. But due to less occupants they didnt provide buffet bfast. We can understand that as a parent/adult, but im unable to convince my kid. Bcoz they habituated to eat buffet bfast in our past somany resorts.
Anyway, no issues - I hope they read this my experience and they improve more customer oriented than before.
