This is genuinely one of my favourite hotels anywhere, which is why I keep coming back — I’ve now stayed here five times. What makes Stella Gardens so special isn’t just the hotel itself, it’s the people.
From the moment you arrive, they make you feel incredibly welcome and genuinely valued as a guest. Nothing ever feels like too much trouble, and somehow they manage to make you feel special every single time you visit.
The staff are exceptional — warm, friendly, attentive and professional without ever being over the top. The hotel is beautifully looked after, the facilities are excellent, there’s always plenty to do, and the whole place has a fantastic atmosphere. The food and choice are great, everything is kept incredibly clean, and the pools and waterpark make it particularly brilliant for families.
I’ve stayed in plenty of good hotels over the years, but there’s a reason I keep returning to Stella Gardens. You arrive as a guest but very quickly feel like you’re being welcomed back by friends. For me, that’s something you can’t manufacture, and it’s what makes this hotel stand out.
It’s genuinely difficult to find anything negative to say. If I had to criticise something, it would probably be that eventually you have to leave! After five visits, the fact that I continue choosing to come back probably says more than anything I could write here.

I liked the room and the aquapark it was very nice. The staff were so friendly and helpful and when I gave comment related to restaurant they listened and it was resolved the next day.
Special thanks to Mr Ahmed Khames the reception manager who check with us everyday that everything was okay and we are enjoying our stay
