Quest Singleton

I love the spacious rooms and seperate bedroom. It felt like a little home.

Rooms large and airy , cleanliness excellent and the check in girl was exceptional !

Location a little too far from main town areas and eating places.

Comfortable and clean, tight security with front doors locked all the time, had to go out and let friends in or to get uber eats

The lady on check out was rather rude, I probably won’t come back again.

the location was very good as we were near the Singleton Art Show. The room was quite good with a nice balcony view. The bed was comfortable

There was no hot water. We then tried to ring to reception and the phone did not work. We were given the option to have a shower at the Gym nearby which I took up. No one told us about the hot water although the reception did tell us a note was supposed to be in the room when we arrived - but there wasn't. It was a shame. Also we would have liked another blanket but there were no extra blankets. We understand that these things happen... but still would have appreciated some compensation as it was freezing and not ideal circumstances. Also the door closer in our room (303) did not work and when it shut it banged shut. You might want to get it adjusted.
