Fire pit and hot tub were great additions, and the marshmallows were a lovely extra touch. Bed very comfortable

There wasn’t a toaster in the room , not a problem as was not advertised to have one but would have been useful

Self check‑in encouraged instead of service — felt impersonal for a $300/night stay. • Confused, dithering service at key touchpoints. • Room missing usual amenities:such as Speakers • Moisturiser • Robes and slippers These are fine if priced accordingly — but not at $300 per night. • Conference Weekend Issues I understand these are vital to business but I wasn’t informed and feel that you should host conferences on weekdays or at least let your guests know in advance so we can opt out and book elsewhere as it meant • Noisy environment — hard to relax. • Hard to enjoy facilities — constant activity. • Gardens breakfast turned into a salsa‑style event with a microphone, and no sense of calm. • Staff uninterested in feedback — which signals zero care for other guests.

Poor showers - really hard to get the right temperature and it fluctuated during the shower - Bed linen was bobbled and mattress cover really old and wrinkled which felt uncomfortable to sleep on
