Paradise in Paradise!

The staff, the pool the bungalow the flowers and nature that surrounded us Sinat and his team were wonderful hosts and we would and WILL definately come again

Bed a little hard for our taste but that was just a personal preference

The view from the restaurant was very beautiful,we didn't swim in the pool but it looked very clean and lovely The property was very close to the national Park where my husband had a lovely walk.

The rooms need a complete update,wet towels on arrival? Linen had holes in sheets, which they did change when I told them about it There is no top sheet, only light doona, which I feel doesn't get replaced between guests The bedside tables need replacing as I couldn't put a glass or coffee cup on it, very musky smell It's really not worth 8.5 on booking.com

Beautiful gardens in a peaceful resort

Beautiful peaceful surroundings and gardens. The bungalow was spacious, fairly modern, decorated nicely and comfortable. The bed was very soft and comfy, the air con was great, a good fridge, hot powerful shower and nice toiletries, water and everything we needed for a few nights. It was really clean and well kept. The pool area and bar area was really quiet and peaceful, a place to switch off for a couple of days. It's around a 10 minute walk to some restaurants and the crab market. The staff were really friendly and helped to arrange a tuktuk when we left, and prepared breakfast early for us. Breakfast was nice with eggs, fresh bread or pancakes. The food was also nice, especially spaghetti bolognese and fresh pizza. Wish we could've stayed for longer, would recommend for a peaceful stay. Excellent value for money.

There could have been some more options on the food menu, the prices were a little high for food. The pool water could've been a little cleaner. The road to the property is remote and unlit so I wouldn't feel comfortable walking back in the dark at night.

Superb

This place has a stunning hilltop location with a garden and sea views. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, and the WiFi connection is reliable. The included breakfast is a delightful experience with a wide variety of options, including coffee, tea, fresh juices, eggs cooked to order, delicious pancakes, and a selection of fresh fruits. It's a satisfying start to the day! The restaurant is also a highlight, serving delicious food at affordable prices with generous portions. The staff is friendly and welcoming, adding to the positive experience. Highly recommended!

The water in the pool was really warm, but still fine to swim :)

Great place to relax and enjoy Kep’s nature

Me and my partner stayed here for a week. We had a private bungalow complete with air conditioning, a mini fridge, kettle, and great en-suite bathroom. It was very spacious and surrounded by gorgeous trees and plants that made it feel as though you were staying in a garden. The hotel is situated so that you can watch the sunset from the restaurant as well. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly throughout our stay and tried to accommodate all of our needs. Our room was cleaned daily and the free breakfast that came with our stay was really tasty and plentiful. It was a great place to relax for a week and as long as you have a bike (which are available to rent from reception at a very reasonable price) you will not have trouble getting around from here. We highly recommend a food shop called Deli’s right around the corner, selling fresh pastries, cheeses, breads and more!

The beds were a bit hard for my liking but I know that is a personal preference and my partner had no trouble with them. The pool was not always clean and a few times it was cloudy with a green film.

Very good

Lovely location, close to crab market, a little bit far from the beach. Breakfast delicious. Comfortable bed and nice room. Room cleaned every day and separate pool towels provided. Staff were very friendly and helpful

Some updating and pool maintenance needed

It's cheap for the area and being situated at the foot of the national park, there are some beautiful sunsets and scenery. We wanted to leave early and they were really helpful with that

Bed was rock hard. Breakfast wasn't great and restaurant very expensive. The pool was dirty. The rooms don't reflect the pictures; they need updating.

Lovely spot!

Gorgeous little spot! Stunning gardens, nice pool and beautiful view! Nice individual bungalows with lovely patios and hamacs. The family running it is lovely! The breakfast is yummy and generous. Short walk to the crab market and easy walk to the beach along the sea. Easy access to national park too. All in one a great place for a great price.

The bathrooms are maybe a bit in need of some renovation but nothing problematic at all!

Wonderful! Amazing value for money.

The gardens were beautiful. Our little bungalow was clean and cozy. Perfect for our family. The porch was nice to have. We sat outside in the evening and it was so peaceful. Staff were fantastic. Friendly, helpful and quick to respond to any requests. We had a great stay. Amazing value for money.

Some broken tiles in the pool and we needed to be careful. Bathroom could do with an update. The shower pressure wasn't great. But I'm really having to work hard to find things. We really loved our stay and would go back happily. For the price we paid it was absolutely wonderful. Food could be better... Maybe more Khmer options on the menu. Some nice, fresh local food would have been appreciated.

A beautiful setting

In a beautiful setting with a lush garden on the edge of the National Park. A good sized pool with sea views. Spacious rooms with strange rattan furniture in quaint detached bungalows. A joy sitting on the balcony surrounded by nature with jungle sounds overnight. A lovely family running the hotel with a tuk tuk available to rent. Lovely coffee at breakfast

Paradise in Kep

Great atmosphere in the resort with beautiful sea view, pool, very nice staff, very good food! Extremely quiet at night. It's an easy 10min walk to the crab market und the seafood restaurants. To the national park with the beautiful Led Zep Café it is also an easy 10min walk. The owner provided maps for the area. They can arrange transportation to everywhere.

Great green stay

We really enjoyed staying here. The resort is like a botanical garden. Emersed in nature. It was quiet and we slept well. The stuff was very nice and helpful. I would definitely stay here again.

Amazing reception and staff and lovely resort

This is an amazing resort and the most helpful staff - I left my passport there, and they had it couriered up to Phnom Phen the next day for me. While staying at the resort, they couldn't have been more accommodating and hospitable; i would highly recommend a stay here.

Excellent relaxing accommodation in Kep

Excellent quiet location. Really comfortable bed. Staff were professional at all times and couldn't do enough for you. Room clesned daily Excellent breakfast. A short walk from the crab Market, restaurants and National park. Saw hummingbirds, millipedes, frogs and lizards in hotel grounds which were immaculate. Very relaxing place. We extended our stay to a week, could've stayed longer.

Great place for a relaxing stay

Really nice room with a big bathroom and balcony. Pool and restaurant area was really cozy and with a nice view.

Far from center, only a couple of restaurant nearby and not a lot to choose from.

Nice Place, Good Location, but could do with a Post-Covid Renovation

The place is a short walk from the crab restos. A good location. The rooms are a nice size with a balcony. The breakfast is good.

I say this with reservation, bcos it was just post-covid. However, the furniture was very tatty and the whole place could do with a renovation and sprucing up. We had a local family next door, who were more than a bit noisy, and left loads of old food packages and trash all over their balcony ... not the hotel fault, except that it was left for a long time before being cleaned up. Unsightly and attracts vermine.
