I was concerned about the sargassum on the beaches, but the staff kept them raked and clean making swimming and lounging enjoyable. I had sprained my ankle and a bandage was brought to my villa then I was checked on by the wonderful lady at the front desk (sorry I don't remember her name). All the staff was helpful and friendly making our stay very enjoyable.

Pretty nice resort. Some customers are very friendly. Room is nice and clean.
The massages are a scam. The lady came up to us and told us 65 Belize dollars, turned out to be 65 USD dollars, which makes a big difference! Also some of the staff is not friendly or get annoyed really quick.
