The Lodge at Jaguar Reef

Very clean, very bright, beautiful room. The room was very vast, super clean, and very chic. I faced the beach and it was right next to the restaurant/front desk area which made things convenient. The dock with the two tier gazebo was so fun. I loved spending time upstairs on the hammocks overlooking the sea. Day and night had beautiful views. Having access to the other two properties next door was also nice because there’s a beautiful pool at Almond Bay. The staff is top-tier trained. Everyone remembers your name and makes you feel very special as a guest there. Booked a snorkeling tour with the guide Perm and boat captain Michael. They were very fun and very easy to chat with. Walk next door to the property, past the bike pickup area and you can find a cute coffee shop. A short bike ride down the road can bring you to Roast (great coffee shop and breakfast) and Maximo’s.

Beautiful resort with friendly and helpful staff. Our room was large and comfortable and we had no issues.

The resort is located at the far end of town. It’s walkable, but it’s a long walk (about 2 miles). Bikes were available to use, but had to be returned by 5pm making it trickier to go out to dinner without a car or renting a golf cart. We and had to wait an extra hour or so before our room was ready, but once we were in, it was wonderful.
