Fantastic location, pretty public spaces, good food, the general staff were very charming and helpful.
No snorkelling as advertised (and not included in the price, as advertised) the kayak was barely fit for use.
One of our 2 rooms had very shabby furniture, wobbly bathroom taps, only one bin in bathroom (needed for toilet paper) very rusty and no other bin. Disgusting loo brushes in both rooms. No hair dryers, fridges, tea/coffee facilities, or tv in rooms. General maintenance is needed throughout the resort.
It does advertise as a 3 star hotel however it charges 5 star prices.

Perfect relaxation spot to fully unwind and watch the waves and the birds in the sky.
We really enjoyed the Panoramic boat trip too. Staff were lovely also.
Dogs a great addition too.
We would have liked an itemised bill to have been emailed to us.

The location is beautiful and the sea is amazing, it was relaxing for the most part…
Juan & Erika were fabulous.
On the first night we were kept up by the neighbours playing extremely loud music until the early hours..they then proceeded to play extremely loud music the next morning at 7am which really disrupted our sleep. The next two nights there were dogs barking throughout the property until 2am - we had alerted the staff and unfortunately they couldn’t really do much. They did try to improve our stay by putting us on the best location for the sun loungers the next day. Additionally the food is sub-par the ceviche is good but I was served raw chicken one day which was not taken off the bill…I didn’t notice until after we had paid.
