Central property if you’re wanting explore the centre of Exeter.
There is no parking on site. You can pull in to drop off / pick up luggage. With the additional cost of off site parking, this makes this accommodation very pricy.

We stayed in sugar,
Really lovely room - honestly the best shower I’ve ever had in my life no clue how they get the water pressure that strong but it was incredible.
Slept very well and the breakfast was fantastic
And what a convenient location.

Fantastic stay, staff and breakfast amazing. Room was beautiful, Really beautiful property. Bed massive and very comfy..
however incredibly hot - it was during heatwave. When asked for a fan staff quickly sorted.
