Nice stay

The location is close to the Colosseum and about 20-30 mins walk to centre of tourist interest like Trevi Fountain, Spanish Steps, etc. We like walking so this is not an issue for us, but during Summer I don't think the walk would be convenience under the heat:-) Surrounding area is a bit quiet.

The room comes with washing machine but we could not find the detergent and no one in the reception area most of the time. Also there are some leftover food (some kind of yoghurt) in the room. The lighting is a bit dark but we are out almost all day so no worries too.

absolutely amazing for families. two bedroom, two bathrooms and very clean

absolutely one of the cleanest places we have stayed . Absolutely Wounderful location, we walked most places or took electric scooters with our 9 and 6yo

it was so clean and good location. The sofa bed was nice, we chilled out at the end of the night with the kids and pulled out the sofa bed and watched movies.

Clean comfortable modern apartments in one of the best locations in Rome

Clean modern apartment with air conditioning/heating. We came during winter so we used the heating, which worked very well. The beds were very comfortable. There were spacious wardrobes in the bedrooms. The bathrooms were good, with enough towels for the four of us. There was a large kitchenette with dishwasher, oven, electric hob, fridge, microwave, moka pot for making coffee. There was no other means of making coffee but hey - you're in Italy and might as well learn how to use a moka pot or just get some excellent Italian coffee in one of the cafés in the neighbourhood. Talking about the neighbourhood, the location was very convenient - not too close to the center but also everything that counts in walking distance or easily reachable by underground. There are a few underground stations within short walking distance. Termini station is also not to far to walk, even with luggage. If you are flying in via Ciampino airport there are coaches which can take you to Termini. There are quite a few shops nearby - for example Conad, a good supermarket. There are also many restaurants in the area.

The main thing that bothered me was the lack of hangers around the door. There was no place to hang our coats so we had to use the chairs for that. The kitchen was also somewhat lacking in accessories for washing dishes by hand. It had a soap and sponge but I could not find a dish towel so we bought some kitchen towels to get us through the stay. The en-suite shower in the master bedroom was a bit on the smaller side but that was the only downside to it.

100% recommended place in Rome

Perfect location near the Colosseum, very clean, kitchen equipped with everything needed, close to a supermarket, very helpful and informative staff that book us a taxi back to the air port in a short notice.

To add hanging hooks for Jackets (at the entrance) and also for hand towels at the bathroom.

The apartment is nice and clean, the stuff is friendly and attentive.

The kitchen equipment is very poor, there are even no teabags and no coffee machine. The sound isolation is very bad and you can hear all the neighbors at the same time. Also sometimes there was a terrible smell of food through the inside window(((

Very good

Beds were comfortable, kitchens okay. Coffee provided was nice. Bath and towels very nice.

The washing machine in apartment leaked water all over the floor. We were in C7. So we could not do any laundry. We were not able to get any response from the front desk after discovering that problem. The laundry machine in C8 seemed to work but in picked or caught threads on clothing being washed in it and ruined several pieces.

The location was brilliant. Just a short walk to the colosseum. The apartment was spacious and rooms were good. Gladys, the host was very helpful in making sure we get the best stay.

There was no pan in the kitchen, what was a disappointment. otherwise we had all the other white goods including dishwasher and a washing machine

Perfect location (500m from colosseum). Friendly, helpful staff. Appartment well equipped, big enough for 5-6 person.

One of the sower was not working properely. was not posible to repair.

Awesome spot

Location is awesome, our host Gladis is amazing, easy to contact, very quick to respond and very efficient.

The bed was extremely uncomfortable, we ended up taking the hide-abed mattresse and putting it on the bed.

Superb

Nice and quiet neighborhood, near the metro station. Friendly staff, provided us with all the information we could need. Nice, comfortable and clean room. It would be great if a bottle of water was waiting for us in the fridge.

Great stay near the Colosseum.

The room was spacious! The kitchen was up to our expectation. The air con worked very well. The host was there when we checked in. Elevator was a great help getting up and down the building.

The location was a bit further away from the main road. Getting supplies at night (after 9pm) was a challenge. The closest Carrefour was almost 10 mins away by walking.

Fab stay

It was very spacious and clean. Very close to all attractions.

There was extra charge for getting towels €5 and also I had to ask for more toilet paper daily. There was no daily house keeping. Extra charge for changing bedding. Also no sugar, tea and coffee provided.
