Housed in a historic building, once the outbuildings of the Basilica and the Lateran University, the apartment can comfortably accommodate 8 and 4 children adults, offering any kind of comfort.The apartment, located on the first floor, has maintained its original features, the wooden floors, antique furniture and high vaulted ceilings have been restored. A collection of modern art paintings is exhibited inside the house. The apartment has air conditioning, wifi, safe. It is divided into two floors: on the first floor: 1 double bedroom with a cot for children from 0 to 5 years, 1 bedroom with double bed and 1 single bed, 1 bedroom with three single beds, the living room with bookcase, dining table, television, double sofa bed, equipped kitchen with washing machine and dishwasher, 2 bathrooms with shower, The second mezzanine floor is accessed via the sculpture staircase seen in the photos. On the second floor we have 1 room preferably for children with 2 single beds that overlooks the room below, 1 room with two single beds and a complete bathroom without shower. The mezzanine floor is 1.80 m high. In the house there are two hairdryers in the bathrooms, an ironing board, an iron, a clothes horse, all the tools and products necessary for cleaning and washing dishes and clothes. Elegantly restored, it was nice furniture because the emotion of beauty characterize the stay of the guests were kept the original features, enhanced the parquet floors and high ceilings, restored antique furniture, houses a collection of paintings by modern artists. The apartment has air conditioning and two internet stations free, consists of two double bedrooms, three double bedrooms, kitchen with dishwasher and dishwasher, three bathrooms, one with shower, one with shower and a washbasin.

Great location. There was quite a bit of noise from the road at night. Not sure if you could get better noise reduction with the location, though. The kitchen was very small and difficult to cook in. Communication with the host was very good and very easy.

Pretty great location. A little bit of a hoof up from the colosseum but very near to a secret gem in Rome - San Clemente. Go west/uphill two blocks however and St John Laterno area is full of bars/restaurants. Only caution on the apartment is the upstairs is really just for kids (ideal even). There weren’t enough of us to use it - but a warning if plans for adults - very low ceilings…more of a loft.

We had a wonderful stay at this apartment, and the location truly couldn’t be better—just a short walk from the Colosseum, with plenty of cafés and convenience stores nearby. It made exploring the area incredibly easy and enjoyable for our group.We had 10 people staying here, and overall everyone was very happy with the space. Having three bathrooms was especially convenient and made a big difference for a group our size. The host was also very responsive and helpful whenever we had questions, which we really appreciated. It was a nice touch that clean towels were provided midway through our stay.There were just a couple of small areas that could be improved. The kitchen could use a few more basic items like spoons, and the washing machine seemed to retain some odor and required a few extra spin cycles to fully dry clothes. With a bit of attention, this could be easily resolved.The upstairs rooms are best suited for certain types of guests. Because of the open layout, sound carries easily between spaces, so they may work better for children or lighter sleepers who don’t mind some noise from other areas of the apartment.Overall, we had a great experience and really enjoyed our stay. With a few minor updates, this apartment would be an even more fantastic option for future guests.
