Overall it was ok, but not fully satisfied.

Location

Need to pay on the link given by owner, booking.com should have deducted the money. Was afraid if it was scam. No soap provided in the bathrooms, room had AC but was getting off by censors that was most ridiculous thing, had to switch on in the midnight while sleeping. Bathrooms did not have lock, only key locks old fashioned. Key was not working.

Bed bugs and poor handling of a serious problem

We liked that the property has multiple rooms and enough beds to accommodate our group of 13 people, which is the main reason we booked it. We also appreciated being able to leave our luggage at the property before check-in time.

Unfortunately, we found multiple bed bugs in the third bedroom after one of our relatives was bitten. We found them around the bed and headboard and immediately contacted the host. Someone came to clean the room, but we found bed bugs again afterwards, so we stopped using the bed and had to share the other bedrooms. The air conditioning was also not working properly. We reported it several times and sent pictures, but it was never properly fixed during our stay. What was most disappointing was how the bed bug problem was handled. We were accused of wanting the room for free and were told we could cancel and find another accommodation ourselves, even though we had already arrived. We have photos and videos documenting the bed bugs and the communication with the host. I would not recommend staying here until the issue has been properly resolved.
