We really enjoyed our stay! The location is great, just a few minutes from the Colosseum and within easy reach of the city centre, but at the same time very quiet. We especially appreciated having a private courtyard, which gave us a nice sense of privacy despite being so close to everything.
A big thank you to Raquel and Andrea for being such thoughtful and welcoming hosts! They really took care of all the little details, from clear instructions on how to get there and check in to leaving some breakfast essentials for us, which was a very kind gesture. They were also always available and happy to help with any questions.
We felt very comfortable throughout our stay and would happily come back next time we’re in Rome. Definitely recommended!

Had a pleasant stay here. If Ancient Rome is on your itinerary (colosseum, Forum…) would recommend this location. Clean and inclusive of everything you need including some free snacks, drinks and great coffee

WOW! Incredible place and I will remember it for my next stay. We were only there two nights which was a shame because I would've loved to stay much longer. They provided us with some nice free breakfast items that were very tasty. AC and washing machine worked great too. Host was very very kind! Location was also great. Close to the colosseum and walkable from other main attractions or bus stops without being crowded and touristy feeling.
I think the single mattress is more ideal for a child (I sunk into it some for sure lol) but I didn't mind that much. And the regular bed and couch were comfy :)
