The apartment looks exactly like the photos. Marta was very sweet during the checkin. Theres AC in every room and also nice amenities like shampoo, conditioner, towels etc.
A lockbox for the key would be great just because one key for 11 people could become a bit of a hassle.

I loved how close everything was to the apartment, we mostly just walked everywhere and loved it. The apartment had everything that we could have thought which was awesome because I have little kids. It was decorated so lovely and the host was so nice to us. We came back from traveling and I recommended it to my friends and family. If I ever come back to Rome I will definitely stay here again.
Definitely an amazing experience for us and my family!!!!!

Ottima posizione vicino alla stazione, alla metro e anche al Colosseo, facilmente raggiungibile a piedi
Buon prezzo per la zona e per 10 persone
Zona tranquilla, strada silenziosa
- Non è specificato nell'annuncio che il check-in dopo le 21.00 ha un supplemento di 50€
- Non era possibile fare una doccia calda se non aprendo anche il rubinetto del lavandino, perché altrimenti la pressione era troppo bassa (non è un problema di per sé, ma dovrebbe essere spiegato al momento del check in)
- il primo letto matrimoniale della stanza accanto alla porta d'ingresso aveva la trave di legno spezzata a metà e un tentativo di sistemarla rudimentale che si è spostato subito la prima notte
- Nell'ingresso è presente una telecamera con il filo staccato che pensiamo non sia quindi in funzione (anche perché non ci sono avvisi di nessun tipo), ma non mette a proprio agio le persone essendo nel passaggio tra il bagno e le camere
